 Google is doing their rounds in updating PR for the third quarter of 2008. I just checked my PR bar today for MichaelWoo.net and noticed that it has dropped 1 rank to PR3.
On the other hand, a handful of my domains was unranked by Google and some of these domains also experience a slight drop of 1 rank and surprisingly, a couple of my sites which I thought has met its doom (as it was ranked PR0 in the last update) got back its PR! More surprisingly, not only these domains received a small PR increment – one domain got a huge jump from PR0 to PR4!

I’m sure you have heard from someone, somewhere at some point in your life:
The rich gets richer while the poor gets poorer.
Seriously, if you have watched the movie called ‘The Secret’, that I have embedded in my ‘About Me’ section, you’d understand what I am talking about now.
 There isn’t any rule in the universe stating that you would be poor your entire life or you can only be born rich. With enough determination, dedication and also the right mindset – I’m sure that you can achieve anything in your life.
I remember having a conversation with a friend of mine: He just broke up with his girlfriend and was looking for new love. Of course, being a ‘kepoh’ me, I told him, ‘Since you have watched the entire ‘The Secret’ movie, why don’t you try to use the basic law of attraction and attract the woman of your dreams?’
He shrugs off my idea by saying, ‘If the law of attraction really works, why aren’t you attracting the million dollars goal that you have set for yourself?’ (He’s referring to me by the way).
Of course, I didn’t want to add anything more into the conversation as we have a long history of heated arguments: I know that it wouldn’t contribute anything.
But seriously, I did set my life goal of achieving RM1,000,000 before I reach the age of 30. So how far have I achieved my goals?
I’m not telling you how much money I have in my bank, but just a couple of weeks ago, a famous chicken rice seller offered to buy my house at a whopping RM970,000!!! – Just because my house has a good location – quick and easy access to the banks, market, etc… Probably good Feng Shui as well – I can just feel the positive energy pulsating in the house.
So did achieve my goal? Yes and No – I believe it’s a pretty debatable topic, yet I could have sold my house and made myself a millionaire…

 A friend of mine approached me the other day saying that he’s selling Pandora Batteries on eBay for a neat profit. My first question to him was: What the heck is a Pandora Battery and what is it for?!
He explained: It’s a battery for PlayStation Portable: the one you use to unbrick a bricked PSP.
Then I asked: WTF is unbricking a bricked PSP? (Sorry, but I swear a lot when I talk to him lol)
As you can see, when you upgrade or downgrade or even modding your PSP, you have a chance of rendering the PSP useless – meaning that you can’t even turn it on which also practically means that you can use it as a brick and throw it on angry stray dogs.

 Seriously, who could have known that cloth hangers could make you a cool $30 million dollars or quitting your day job would help you fuel your passion and turn it into a $60 million dollars business?
Majority of millionaires out there enjoy what they are doing and most of their business ideas are based on their passion. For example,

It’s been quite a while since I’ve blog on my personal blog. Seriously, it’s pretty tough to juggle so many things at once especially when you need to sub-supervise the entire house renovation: I make the calls and you do the shots, you get what I mean?
I need to look into every minute (tiny) details during the house renovation and this includes
1. The entire house design,
2. The paint color and designs,
3. Even up to the position of the toilet seats, wash basin, etc…
And not to mention, the house renovation costs have gone up considerably,
1. Cement – Previous:RM10/bag, Present:RM16/bag
2. Wood – 10% increment
3. Copper – App 25% increment
