I remember when I was a newbie and during that time I was attending various talks, forums and seminars on how to build a successful business, the ingredients of success and what are the most promising industries out there to venture in – it finally hit my head that the online advertising industry was gargantuan.
Never did I know that by doing paid posts, selling links online and earning from PayPerClick programs, are little building blocks to a much larger industry and that is the online advertising industry.
Someone mentioned that traditional or conventional advertising agencies are not really focusing on the online market and that majority of their operation focuses on conventional advertisements – by TV, radio, newspaper, magazines, etc… If you sit down, relax and give a serious thought and ask this question: Who are the largest online advertising firm? Indeed, it comprises Google, Yahoo! Microsoft and other much smaller players such as individual website or blog owners who sell advertisement spots on their site – which isn’t linked to any conventional advertising firms.
Sure enough, people are willing to spend cold hard cash in marketing efforts – just to capture as much market share as they possibly could, which practically is also the Holy Grail in running a successful online business.

Finally I got my big break by getting interviewed by one of the most reputable newspaper in Malaysia – New Straits Times. It’s an honor and I appreciate the effort that Izwan took to get this article published in the newspaper’s Tech&U section (page 4).
Although the content was not what I have anticipated, nevertheless it was well written by Izwan.

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking lately. Of late, there are countless of people who have approached me seeking guidance and quick tips on how they can start making money online – just like what I am doing now.
Furthermore, everyone is concern about the economy and that the stock market might collapse overnight – it almost did when Barisan National failed to win a two-third majority for parliament seats. It’s been 5 years since Malaysia have experience such a sharp drop in the stock market.
For the past couple of months, I’ve been analyzing the response that I’ve got from my so-called ‘apprentices’. Here are some of their strength and weaknesses when it comes to their efforts in making money online:
Strengths
1. Very eager to make money online
2. Displays interest when I showed them where money could be made online
Weaknesses
1. Don’t have the time to establish their online revenue generating system such as a simple blog
2. Malaysians are generally very thrifty whereby they wouldn’t invest some money developing backlinks for their blogs
3. PR updates take place every quarter of the year, which is 3 months once, and this is also another ‘killer’ as people usually don’t have the time and patience to wait for the PR to update
I have been spending most of my time developing a system whereby anyone who displays interest could easily make money online without any hassle.
It would be a system where you just need to log in to your account and you can start make money online via
1. Sponsored Posts
2. PayPerClick
3. Link Sales
4. Private Ads Sales
5. Affiliate Sales, and many more… Best of all – I have designed this system in such a way that it can counter any known problems such as PR crackdown by Google by using a simple plugin – so there’s no worry about loosing your PR should Google detect any form of infringement to their TOS, which could jeopardize your maximum earning potential.
This system would also allow any fellow participants to make an attractive sales commission of up to $100 per sales – GUARANTEED and no questions asked.
I would be disclosing more information about this money making system – very very soon.
The next article would focus on how much money you can generate from my online money making system!

It’s crucial to rank higher on search engines if your online business depends highly on web-based walk-in customers or rather known as web traffic. However, not everyone understands the importance of optimizing their blog or websites for search engine purposes.
I had a chat with one of my clients the other day – he has a website which lacks elements such as exposure and to my surprise it wasn’t even listed in the top 50 search results on Google.
One way to get your website noticed is to build backlinks to your site – Google places weight on the number of links linking back to your site to determine the importance. The more backlink your site has – you’d rank higher in Google. But that’s not the whole story – anchor texts have its role as well. Google also takes into consideration the anchor texts that was used to link to your site.
I know I know – this might sound a little techie… Nevertheless the bottom line is – if you want your website to rank higher on search engines, you’ll need to build backlinks.
There are tons of methods to build backlinks – but most these methods are pretty darn expensive:
1. Paid posts cost a minimum $5 per post and you only get a link back to your site 2. Listing your site on directories is also expensive – $7 to $10 for express listings, else 50% of the time, your submission is rejected
If cost and time is your major concern, you should definitely use TNX.net link building services.
Why?
Think of this – a mere $11 a month may get up to 10,000 static links to your site…
TNX.net link building services is revolutionary – they already have

What makes TNX.net different is that they use a TNX-point system which is later used to purchase links on other sites. You can top up your points in your account by purchasing it using
1. their PayPal link or 2. Bank Transfer (Wire) 3. Checks 4. Money Order
NOTE: SEO consultants/specialists gets
1. 20% bonus for every $50 spent 2. 50% bonus for $100 and above 3. 100% bonus for $250 and above
But what makes TNX.net special for webmasters is the ability to sell TNX-points for a profit or in simple terms – exchange your points for money or you can reuse these points to purchase links on other sites.
It’s easy to run TNX on your site –
1. Register for a FREE account here 2. Get TNX’s code and paste it in your blog 3. Add your site in their database and wait for approval within 1-3 days
But that’s not it – if you refer someone to use TNX system,
1. You get 13.3% of all TNX-points generated by their websites, and 2. Make 5% of all payments made by advertisers
Try out their income calculator to find out how much you can earn through your sites.
1. Enter your website’s URL 2. Number of pages 3. Number of pages with PR 4. Your site’s category (different categories have different link pricing) 5. Number of links per page (max 4)
Best of all – you can run TNX codes side by side with Google Adsense, doubling your earnings.

Furthermore, the web hosting package allows you to add unlimited domains into your hosting account (most economy plans only allow you to host 1 domain name).

Choosing the Right Blogging Platform:
1. WordPress:
Blogs primarily use WordPress as their blogging platform. It’s easy to use and straight to the point. You’ll need to install several plugins to enhance its functionality.
Akismet: Spam filter to keep spam at bay
Google SiteMaps: Creates a sitemap of your site so that search engine spiders can crawl and index your site easily

2. Joomla/Mambo:
This is a very good alternative to WordPress. It has many built-in functions and you can expand its functionality by adding Components, Modules and Mambots which is available for free on Extensions.Joomla.org.
Here’s a simple guideline on how to setup your Joomla blog:
i. JoomSEF: Install this search engine friendly (SEF) component. Your URL for the entire site will be search engine friendly and ends with .html extension.
ii. Install a comment system: Akocomment is free but I would definitely recommend you to download and purchase Azrul’s JomComment as it has Akismet built into the system and it also comes with various features such as the ability to ban certain IP or users from commenting on your blog.
iii. BSQ Site Stats: To keep track of your visitors
iv. Adsense Module from Joomlaspan: Display Adsense ads on your blog
v. modHTML: A very handy tool to put custom HTML and JavaScript codes on your blog. Ie Adsense, Advertlets, Nuffnang, Widgetbucks, Amazon, etc…
vi. Adsense Mambot: To add Adsense inside your post.
vii. Joomap: Creates a sitemap for Joomla so that search engine spiders can crawl and index your site easily
On the other hand, if you are tight on budget, you can purchase a domain name and point it to your Blogspot URL using the 301 redirect function.
3. Blogger (Blogspot) is yet another powerful blogging platform. This is a great blogging platform for beginners to begin with and it has all the necessary tools to let you monetize it.
For example, you can add Adsense easily into your blog by linking your Blogger account to your Adsense. You can also create and add HTML and JavaScripts modules easily into the page.
