List of Social Media Sites: Sites Where You Can Submit Your Articles and Gain Free Traffic

Since there is a huge buzz regarding Social Media Marketing, I thought of listing a few social media sites which you can use to list your articles and get free web hits. On the other hand, it’s pretty complicated when you want to market your articles on Social Media sites – most of these sites won’t allow you to submit your own blog content, you get banned from doing so. One of the famous sites that frequently does this is Digg.

I believe that you need to spend some time to gain trust with the people who are actively participating on social media sites. Once you get that, you’ll see almost each and every article of yours being listed on the site – and with loads of votes as well. What you want is to build a sustainable relationship with other bloggers – it’s like you help me, I help you, both in a win-win situation.

Here are some of the social media sites which you can try out. Just a word of caution, some of these sites are topic specific – meaning that if it’s an IT social media site, they only allow you to post IT topic, etc… Make sure you post in the correct site so you don’t get banned!

Erm, it's yes and no.. but rather how well you participate on social media sites.. well it also depends on what type of social media sites you are participating,

for eg, digg is for IT news.. you get banned if you submit something else.. so I believe that there's a social media site for everything..
