that Google was going to make paid links not count in the algorithm. Not sure how true that is, but it certainly does make paid blog directories useless from an SEO point of view. Still a great way to get referral traffic assuming you get nice placement on the blog directory, but that also assumes that the blog directory is doing its job by making sure it gets lots of visitors. - JBourne

and what if google changes its politics regarding backlinks? It can change the formula any day and all the job on building inbound links would be ruined at once:(

Hi Michael,
Thanks for the great review on TNX. I've heard about it, but really didn't understand it very well. Thanks for the many details, now it makes sense to me!

is there a penalty in Google for using paid links?

Like NZ Map, I've read something about Google penalizing what it assesses as paid links. Have you hear anything about this? Thanks for bringing my attention to this. - Les

Thanks for this great post.

I have been using TNX to sell links via TNX from my website since January 2008 and already earned more than I would earn in 5 months by selling links through any other networks.

TNX is definitely the best link network out there!

Will be also buying links later this month. Pretty sure TNX will do great.

I have already told all my friends about this great system.

Bravo, TNX! - jeff

I have heard Google has been penalizing anything they can positively indentify as a paid link. Do you think this is true? If so, do you think this service could potentially cause Google to lower the PR of buyers and sellers using it?
I am just curious for your thoughts on this. I have been reading a lot lately from others about it. - new zealand map
